I have an update. The motion for the Temporary Restraining Order was denied. Chicago also had their motion to delay the hearings denied as well. They meet again on Thurs, Sept 23rd for a "status hearing".

There shouldn't even be a question.
This is what happens when people accept the requiring of a PERMIT for anything. All the other side has to do is make satisfying the conditions for getting one near-impossible.
One of those ever-popular "existing gun laws."
