Children ARE carrying guns, Mr. Casey, and killing with them. Killing other children who meekly believe their school will take care of them should anything happen, while the police wait outside for the shooting to stop. Leaving guns, pocket knives and even butter knives for making sandwiches at lunchtime at home because "weapons" are BAD. Being suspended because of a T-shirt with a picture of a soldier on it, when Dad is overseas sleeping in the desert sand with a government-issued rifle. Don't even point a chicken finger at someone and say "bang."
For statistical purposes, the antis define children as people under, what is it now, 27?
Roanoke is Southwest Virginia, among the mountains and in the Bible Belt. I wonder how popular Mr. Casey is there.
He sounds nervous. Freedom IS on the march.
David Codrea,
Thank you for writing about me.
Sincerely,
Dan Casey
