If a man in ordinary street clothes were to chase me, I'd ... object strenuously with any means available to me.
They can call 911. Like us.
Running from government muscle without adequate a self defense weapon is a bad idea.
Always maintain, on your person, adequate firepower to dispatch government thugs.
If he didn't have a holster, was the office carrying the weapon in his pocket, or stuffed into his waistband?
