Well, well, would you look at that. Good ol' Charlie "Honest Chuck" Rangel was right in the middle of that criminal activity.
It's possible the HoR could simply set the congressional record straight which would nullify the Hughes Amendment portion of the law. It could then attach a non-germane rider on a bill that directs the BATFAE and the Courts to cease enforcement of it.
With all the other illegal activity going on, what is it going to take for "we the people " to take our gov't back from these criminals???? Nobody does a damn thing anymore, talking to your reps is like hollering down a sewer pipe. Hemp rope and lamp posts are a good start in D.C.
