How much did this cost?
Even Clutch Cargo offers better quality animation than this, if for no other reason than its use of Syncro-Vox.
So, who's the target audience anyway? FFLs?

I think it's a training video for ATF AGENTS. Can they hear through the bubble wrap?
ATF Agents? It's a very shoddy low budget adobe flash production. Looks like it belongs to some .edu website with it having been produced in a IT design class.
