The woman crossing the raod seemed awefully calm as if this was routine. Cop or not I can't say that would have been quite so nochalant about that.

The audio the cop also says He's already shot him he's the designated shooter.

As Scout leaders we teach Cub Scouts and Boy Scouts knife safety. At no time does it occur to any of us to kill a Scout who does not respond immediately to our repeated commands to put a knife away. There is a big difference between being unsafe and unresponsive and being threatening.
