Why does link for Mexican newspaper redirect to the FBI’s website?

It, and the reasons behind it, should be part of the ongoing "Project Gunwalker" investigation. [More]
Something funny is going on in the Project Gunwalker investigation, and by that I mean peculiar funny, not ha-ha funny. Anyway, I thought I'd point that out before it gets "corrected" so that maybe we can figure out together if it has any relevance.

I was able to get to the original article in Spanish here:

http://www.eldiariodechihuahua.com/notas.php?IDNOTA=228626

Searched for "diario chihuahua" then on their site "buscar --- "search articles."

As to whether THAT is an FBI "plant" page... I got no tech, but lots of FreeFor does.

It's probably just that website's administrator's idea of a joke-- if someone tries to access a nonexistent page (For example, if a hacker is running a tool that checks for a list of commonly exploited pages on poorly secured websites e.g. /admin.php) then the website returns a redirect to the FBI page.
