So of course this means the government also knows which gun was used to kill Agent Terry. That the Justice Department refuses, as yet, to confirm that points to the same intentional stonewalling that kept the beanbag information suppressed for so long.Today's Gun Rights Examiner report notes the government's response so far isn't worth a hill of beans.
Officials who do not want information about the circumstances of Agent Terry’s death and about wider “Project Gunwalker”* allegations to come to light are engaging in a cover up. [More]
Also watch a rerun, join a chat, witness a proof and find out why I've decided to muzzle everyone but myself.

Sounding more and more like an operation Bob Bullard would run.
Wow, David, I hadn't realized just how bad it had got at Examiner. Around the time I stopped, I figured the annoyances would eventually level off, but perhaps not.
Saw the FB interface on a post a day or so ago, and at first innocently thought that was simply another option they were adding.
Gawd.
Ignoring for the moment the question of who was right and who was wrong in this incident, if someone starts shooting at me I'm going to assume he is firing deadly ammo with the intent to kill me and I'm going to shoot back with the same.
The very idea of sending officers out to interdict armed bandits with beanbag rounds has got to be in the top ten stupidest administrative decisions I've ever heard of.
Whoever dictated that procedure needs to spend at least two 24 hour days staked out naked on an ant hill. That is if any self respecting ants would deign to bite the POS.

Asymmetrical warfare? Beanbags?
Insanity.
Unloaded M16s at the Beirut Embassy didn't work too well then, either.
David, I just posted this comment on the CBS News site.
"I don't know if anyone realizes the courage it took to go on camera with a full face view and using his real voice. His ATF career is over, or will be.
All the guys in the agency will shun him, lest they also suffer retaliation, and he won't ever be able to trust any of them ever again.
He's also likely to die soon, and he knows it. It won't likely be a "bad guy" who shoots him on a raid, more likely a car wreck or the sudden onset of a terrible disease, or he might have an "accident" while cleaning his guns at home.
God bless you, Mr. Dodson. You have a rare degree of courage, and you have my respect and admiration. If I were to have another son, I would be proud to name him in your honor. Thank you for being an example of what so few of us will ever be."
Thank you for bringing this to light, for sticking with it, and for encouraging us to make things happen.
As the news segment was ending, I got a call from my congressman's office. He knows Senator Grassley, and was really interested in hearing about the ATF saga.
He's not on any committee directly over ATF, but he'll definitely be a fly in the ointment.
CowboyDan++.
Dodson takes the brass 'nads award for the new year.
And CBS mainstream news, no less!
David, Mike: thank you.
The so-called "Leadership" we have at the ATF are the scum of the earth. First for being so obviously stupid, second for trying to cover it up. Hell, at least with the SS, you knew what you were up against. We are living in Hell.
Markie Marxist sez: "The Obama administration has its priorities politically correct according to Marxist values. They’ve given AK's to illegals and bean bag guns to the Border Patrol. It's nice to see that they're doing everything they can to get as many illegals as possible into the country. Those future Democratic voters will be very helpful at election time, even if they have to shoot their way into the US (which they now can, thanks to Obama)! Defending the border with bean bags while giving AK's to illegals was a stroke of communist genius! Who would have thought that a mild-mannered Marxist like Obama would pull off something that audacious? He's running the country like a Marxist dictator! Cool!"
