Superman is juvenile nonsense.
As I understand it, the character is renouncing his US citizenship (I wonder why he had it in the first place?), not the American way which, like truth and justice, is diametrically opposed to the US as it exists today.
Well, like I wrote earlier,
"Truth, Justice, and the American Way" should include the RKBA.
