The Keys to the Kingdom

Cedar Falls Demands Keys to All Commercial Properties (Including Rental Homes and Apartments) to Be Placed in Lock Boxes That City Employees Can Access [More]
Are these guys on board with that?

How about BATFU?

Why not ask them?

So - is the city going to accept responsibility for anything nefarious or for injury caused by this idea?

Oh - I forgot - government employees NEVER commit crimes. Right? Ferris?

Time for proprietors to head for friendlier climes, screw Cedar Falls.

This is the tsa attitude; no locks that we can't open.

So, what is the penalty for non-compliance?

We have heard that democracy abused can be the tyranny of the majority. With this City Council electing a measure that has no support from the citizens, then you have a tyranny of the minority. It looks like it is time to turn out of office all but the caster of the "Nay" vote for this example of idiocy.

After all, what can go wrong? Trust us.

Cedar Falls, Iowa and Waterloo, Iowa share a border, something like St. Paul and Minneapolis do. Last Saturday Waterloo had a gun 'buy back' program exchanging gas cards for working firearms. Things do not look good in that part of the state.
