i'd say they're 100% wrong.
they're ideologues. he gets the money no matter what.
put the information out there, and force them to attempt to suppress it.
it doesn't hurt anyone for this one yahoo to make a few bucks off his claptrap.
I disagree, as I believe Wintemute will falsify the results.
