Please pass this on to Chief McKimm and/or the offended against citizen's (i.e., defendant's) lawyer that the officer be forced to give a blood test. It is definitely in the government's and public's interest (a la the most often cited reason for abrogating citizen rights ) that this officer be checked for steroid and other drug abuse. As we all should remember, tests can disclose use & abuse long after the fact, so the results can still be pertinent.
Charge & prosecute this "officer". Threats, assault, assault with intent, with a deadly weapon, etc, etc.
