Vandalism, kidnapping, long list of criminal felonious acts, and Trumka the leader is the guest of the mighty kenyan at the congressional speech at this very moment.
"They were led by ILWU International President Robert McEllrath, who said they would return."
legalized violence. so easy to see in this form. why so hard to see everywhere else?
"The International Longshore and Warehouse Union believes it has the right to work at the facility, but the company has hired a contractor that's staffing a workforce of other union laborers."
The contractor has the right not to hire workers from ILWU. If there was little reason to hire them before, there is probably even less now.
As an employer, I would not respond positively to a "hire me or I will terrorize your work site until you do" threat, especially after a demonstration of criminal trespassing, assault on site workers and vandalism. I would pay more for armed security, surveillance video and legal staff before I paid more for the "benefit" of employing these thugs.
Don't need no "assault clips". Just need to know where the bad guys are.
My thoughts exactly. This was kidnapping. Not one person was arrested for it?
Self defense works! To quote a line from a novel, "Where you are told to go unarmed, it is best to be armed..."
