I *think* he meant allowing, but I would expect such a high profile lawyer to say what he actually means, so does that mean he wants to make it harder to track weapons? Or does he want to increase border security making it harder to physically follow weapons?

By the way, I'm all for making it harder to track private property and making it harder to cross our international borders illegally (cause the drugs and weapons that cross the borders do not typically do so through the 'normal' crossing points, and as an added bonus the illegal immigrant problem would slow down a little)

What a load of lying BS. Of course, Lanny had a lot of practice lying for Democrats during the Clinton admin.
