Buyer's Remorse

Here's something I'd like to know:
Another firearms expert hired by neighbors, however, found that the danger of stray bullets "poses an unacceptable safety hazard" to residents.

Oh, it gets better. From the courthouse yesterday (I can see it from work). "Paul deMontesquiou, the attorney representing homeowners, told the judge that Land's gunfire has made it hard for neighbors to sell their homes, sleep soundly or hold Bible study sessions."

The good Dr. will lose. His clear compliance with the scores of hoops he's had to jump through should have resulted in immediate finding for the Dr.
The judge is looking for weasel room.
