Always read the last chapter first so you know if the butler did it.
Starting at pg 513 they say "we found willful [wrongdoing] on three occasions" and then say that since the judge only told the prosecutors to 'follow the law' and didn't specifically direct them to do or not do certain things like the above [wrongdoing] then there's really no basis for charging them with criminal contempt.
