"National Rifle Association and the National Shooting Sports Foundation — poured $320,000 into state legislators’ campaign coffers in the last nine years."

That's only 17,777 per year, per group. He leaves out how many legislators were recipients of this.

" Opponents claim the technology is untried, although testing demonstrates it will work. They whine about potential cost, although the $12-per-gun tab would be a small price to pay for solving crimes and saving lives."

He conveniently leaves out what the start up costs are going to be. Not to include all of the down time. He would be more than happy if Remington left the state. I would too, I would love for more gun companies to relocate here, we could use the jobs. Obviously that liberal idiot pisswit doesn't care if people lose their jobs.

What New York really needs is to get rid of these gun hating politicians, starting with Bloomy and Cumo.

The Manhattanistani's get very upset when they don't get what they want. They've been known to cry in their lattes for several seconds before launching into the next politically correct diatribe against freedom, or anything else American, as directed by the Grand Poobah of the Caliphate of Manhattanistan, the Commander of the Believers himself, Mike Bloomberg.

The writer says that semiautomatic handguns are the weapon of choice for criminals. Does that mean that perhaps all the "reporters" who've told us that AK47s and .50 caliber rifles were the weapons of choice were wrong? Seems to me they can't have it both ways.

They won't settle for just having it "both ways," Gary M, not when there are so many "choices" they can exploit. They'll have it every which way they can.
