This story would be like a soap opera... if it were not for the dead girl. The story changes constantly.

This is one bad ass negligent discharge, at the least.

None of it makes sense based on the shady details in the article. Furthermore, other articles indicate it was an in the waste band neoprene holster. IWB holsters don't just turn in random directions unless they are taken out of the waste band. They are also asking you to believe the trigger was not only manipulated through a neoprene holster, but that it was also manipulated through a layer of clothing. If this "somehow" all occurred (and it takes an imagination far beyond mine to think of a scenario where this could occur), then the manipulation would have to be so drastic that the officer would have to be held accountable by shear negligence alone.

According to the newest accounts, the woman was on her knees performing an "exotic dance" and was tugging at his waste when the firearm discharged. Unfortunately, it would appear that a lot of details were being left out in the previous accounts. I would hope it was just to save this girl and her family some dignity.
