So it is concluded then. Nothing will happen to these guys. They get a pass. Again.
No, that is not concluded at all. True, it MAY all amount to naught, but I'm seeing indications of a very deep and thoughtful case being built here.
I may hope that you are correct, David, but I am too jaded to fully believe it.
