Cant get them on Gun Smuggling, might as well get them on clerical errors.
This is just sickening.
Where is the Justice in this?
Where was the jury's head in all this? Didn't they have enough balls to tell the gov't to grow a pair, and quit harassing people over clerical errors?
Appeal, pass the hat.
The time to just start shooting is drawing near.
