First Impression from the Hearing

There's no indication Issa will pursue the work papers used to develop the IG report

If not, why not?

I also see no move toward defining crimes that were committed by those we hear all the rhetoric for about being held responsible.

Sadly this reminds me of the schoolyard fights in 4th grade. Neither party really wants to get scuffed up and both parties are just looking forward to the PBJ sandwiches mom packed for lunch. The Washington cognoscenti understands they have gone as far as they want to go on F&F. That the coming November elections will put an end to all this. So they are looking forward to a mutually agreed end point.

Why not define the crimes federal agents committed against the American and Mexican people?

Well. We are talking about a federal agency that uses 20mm canons, CS gas and fiery infernos to end disputes and gets away with it.

Ask Lon Horiuchi why not.

Just heard on the radon that the persons whom the IG's office discovered to be guilty in this matter could be "disciplined."

No kidding.

Any questions as to why I could no longer work in the legal profession?(that's a rhetorical question, incidentally...)
