What is really going on?
Is dhs trying to dry up the availability of ammo to citizens?
Is dhs trying to hide money from taxpayors while crying underfunding by hiding funds away in ammo and weaponry hard assets?
If civilians buy this stuff to kill people - who is dhs planning to kill?
Who does dhs foresee killing??
What are the terms of the contracts and who comes first if supplies are tight? Citizens or dhs?
Have any concessions been made to the government by suppliers / manufacturers that impinge on the civilian market or availability? - such as ending mail order sales, requiring ID, maximum purchases in the event of a "shortage or national emergency"????

Oddly enough on the local news last night (OK, it was the local Fox channel) they questioned the recent ammo purchases of DHS and wondered why they needed milliions of rounds of ammo including .308.
The piece started with a comment on the DHS reference to Zombie planning. They wanted to know who DHS would be shooting out if the zombie horder was really expected and if not then who the target(s) really were...
