It seems that the ATF/DOJ are trying to make it look like they are doing something in an effort to ensure the "negotiations" don't unearth the requested documents.

Now is the time to go for the throat.

I just don't see any other possible way to get to the bigger guys unless we can make the smaller ones squeal. Not that I'm still holding out much faith, but if anybody has a better way, I'm all ears,

I included Katie on this Facebook post last night: "I need to see if Katie Pavlich can clarify that, because if they are tried and convicted, I would expect that to be rescinded--also unclear on how someone who was literally "fired" would be eligible. This is her scoop, so we need to get guidance from her on that."

Will advise as I learn more.
