Is he still out there pushing people around like the feral pig you describe? You acknowledge you didn't act to stop him that day.  Act to stop him now.

Well of course he has already dealt with "Joe". Just like the Montgomery County officers dealt with these:

And like the Metropolitan Las Vegas officers dealt with those who murdered Eric Scott. Because, after all, the Blue Wall cannot afford to let a few bad apples spoil the whole barrel when the overwhelming majority of the Blue Wall is so noble and honorable.
