Some of us have other plans to deal with that case. And may not wait for the Court to rule. This "No Fort Sumters" bullshit is getting damn old.
Who needs a Fort Sumter? The libs already gave us the tool we need, the poor stupid fools.
Two words: sanctuary state.
If San Francisco can declare it is a 'sanctuary city' against immigration law, then we can darn well turn our states into bastions against gun control laws.
