In AZ, a CCW permit holder CAN carry into an establishment that serves alcohol as long as they don't consume any alcohol while carrying. So yes, I can legally carry my gun with me to Chili's for dinner as long I don't have an alcoholic drink with my meal.
Oddly enough it exempts 'off duty' coppers on 'official business'. What official business would an off duty copper be conducting?
"Oh yes brother in blue, I'm here to test the purity of the products purveyed..."
Gee more only ones who want to be above the law. Who'd have thunk it?
