In these days of Federal fiscal crisis, there needs to be a serious cost-benefit analysis of the cost of enforcing Federal gun control law and what the U.S. public gets in return.

Basically, if you are a criminal and have enough dollars, you can procure the weapons you want despite all the current passed law - high cost, no benefit.

Revoke these laws, realign the mission of BATFE, resize the agency and let us move on in a lower cost mode both fiscally and socially.
