Well, we can also be sure that "...the lives of the general public in the area were in imminent danger due to the actions of ..." that officer firing the rifle. Since the Chief is good with the officer's actions, we can also be sure that it will happen again.

I do not think that it is a good idea for anyone to visit that town.

So, Only Ones are exempt from assault with felony "extreme indifference."

Yeah. Business as usual. Nothing to see here. Good thing Office Friendly in Colorado can still use "assault weapons."
