Good to see that the people of the county are still taking responsibility for their security,
Kim DuToit said it best.
The law has always been in our hands. Police are only members of our society who are being paid to devote their full time efforts to enforcing the law.
Citizens have not at any time relinquished their right to enforcing the law and still maintain the right to make a citizens arrest.
