A federal jury convicted a former Air Force firearms instructor from Brunswick of embezzling government funds and selling firearms without a license. [More]$400K in credit card purchases? Was anybody approving this guy's expense reports? Did anybody approve his budget? Did no procurement policies with requisite approvals come into play? How may others have ...um... carte blanche, why and by what authority?
I'm wondering just what the real story here is.
