Glocks are defective and should be pulled from the market. Anyone carring a pistol without a manual safety is an accident waiting to happen. Thankfully this idiot shot himself and not someone else. Next time, a bystander might be hit, and there will be a next time.

He needs the Glock Block, a plug that fits behind the trigger and prevents this type of ND.

So - all DA and SA revolvers should also be pulled from the market. As should many old Winchester and Marlin Lever guns.

How 'bout this alternate theory? Keep your booger hook OFF the damn trigger until the gun is pointed at the target, and what lies beyond the target is deemed a safe back-stop.

Relying on a mechanical device, instead of brains, for safety is what's really "defective," IMO.
