Vanderboegh explores the motivations of a mind that seeks control, even (especially) if it means the crushing kind.
I just saw this critique of Mike's post on Facebook:
This sort of thing, while perhaps entertaining, isnt really going to help us be seen as a legitimate voice....just sayinLet's think about that. Seen as legitimate by whom? Anyone who matters, or are you thinking you're going to majority rule your way out of this in Connecticut?
We've tried things your way -- how has that worked out, aside from the lines in front of the DESPP building? Sorry, but based on your opinion, I'm presuming you're not one of these guys.
And yes, we all know about the court challenge. And how. We've all seen the ruling and the prognosis. All SCOTUS has to do is nothing.
If you have a better plan than exposing these monsters for what they are and ginning up defiance and determined resistance, flesh it out for us, or are you saying there is never legitimacy in defiant disobedience? If you have something to add besides dismissing the proactive efforts of others, you ought to offer it when you post comments like that, to help guide and steer us into more effective action.
Give us something you believe will be effective that we haven't already tried to exhaustion. Give us something that will inspire...
Just sayin'.

Another sweet response to one who wants to be moderate and respected by the unrespectable! Remind me David to not ever get on your bad side, or is it your good side, LOL!
Reading Mike's letter to the Stasi agent in Connecticut was a great way to start the day and your comment was the dessert. Here I am overeating again!
