My belief - and it's just a belief - that what is going to go down is this:It's not like that doesn't fit an established M.O.

People who have been buying these lowers will be connected, through paperwork, to these illicit, 'international arm sales' that suddenly show up in some 'Mexican massacre'. The president of Mexico will make a big international stink over it and 'force' the US to 'act'.
