Sources on the ground here (I’m in LV) and still in contact with good friends who fly the news helicopters.

The ‘No Fly Zone’ remains, and according to the FAA, will be lifted in early May.
Federal troops are still in the area, mainly snipers and logistical support (spying at night) remain. They are watching.
THIS AIN’T OVER YET !
