I was surprised to learn that your Attorney General, Kathleen Kane, has deliberately exceeded her statutory authority and and has modified or invalidated reciprocity agreements concerning the discreet carry of personal defense firearms. More specifically, Pennsylvania has long recognized my Virginia CHP, but no more.
Rest assured, I will do my part to inform my friends and colleagues about this change so that upcoming summer travel plans may be formulated to exclude any presence in, or transit through Pennsylvania unless and until this matter has been addressed and favorably remediated.
