According to the Ares Armor website, the polymer 80% lower currently being sold is a single piece of a solid color with no indexing marks.

The original polymer lower was made of multiple colors of polymer.

I don't know the details of the lawless court orders, but it does not appear that Ares Armor is engaging in the sales that originally drew federal attention.

Regardless, Ares Armor's owner has the Creator-given right to manufacture and sell arms of any sort the customer will willingly buy.
