It depends on what the meaning of the word “viral” is, because that will certainly be news to tracking websites like What’s the Trend and hashtags.org, where it’s not even registering as significant. Looking it up on the Twitter website, it appears to be an active enough hashtag, but then, it’s getting a lot of artificial help from the media.
