Chris Woodard is a retired commercial helicopter pilot who worked and lived overseas for 30 years, in Iran, Saudi Arabia, United Kingdom and China. Living and working in these various countries sparked an interest in law as applied to the people in general, and guns in particular.This is sad news. When we learn more, we will share it.
