Best outcome: she's a prohibited person for life.

Likely outcome: she's a prohibited person for life, pays a hefty fine, is bankrupted by lawyer's fees, finds herself in thrall to PA's version of CPS as an unfit mom, all after serving at least six months in the tank in the fokking peoples' republic of NJ.

My heart goes out to her. In this world one must expect that every act or absence of acting violates some law here or there.
