Not only was it great safety move (on behalf of himself, every other experienced shooter there, and a pretty ditzy range "safety officer") it was a PR coup on behalf of all generic shooting-sports & self-defenders everywhere.

Best of all, he may have saved the woman from accidently killing herself or a friend/family member like Becca Campbellin MO, also a novice, did recently.
