Prosecutorial Discretion

I'd wondered about this myself. [More]

I'd even asked.

But the guy's a "progressive," so what else would we expect?

Besides this, I mean.

So they'll also use that discretion not to prosecute on any other possessor of prohibited magazines as long as they have no criminal record. Right?

Or do they only use that discretion when the party in possession is attempting to usurp rights?
