In other words, they are violent thieves working for an organized crime syndicate intent on rubbing out anything that gets in the way of its psychotic ambitions to rule and control all.

No wonder they want to deprive their victim pool of all ammo capable of piercing vests -- and all other ammo after that.

This has been going on for decades. I can remember back in the 70s listening to an uncle who was with a state agency talking about the firearms he would confiscate and would end up in his collection. Liquor also had a way of making into the private stashes of officers after it was confiscated.

His son in law who worked for the same agency seemed get more pleasure out of using his nightstick than from stealing from citizens.
