The Ministry of Dissent Suppression Redux

The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals has handed a gift to the Kamala Harris for U.S. Senate campaign, allowing Ms. Harris to collect confidential taxpayer information about donors to charities and nonprofit advocacy organizations, all without probable cause and a warrant. [More]
So what could go wrong with that?

CAC and its supporters were harassed throughout the Roberti recall campaign. Death threats and intimidating phone calls were received. Break-ins occurred. Phone lines were cut. Supporters found their names printed in newspapers—along with insinuations that they were affiliated with white supremacists...
So when "progressives" talk about "transparency in government," they mean via a one-way mirror only they can see through. And when Kamala the Red does it, you know she's looking through the glass darkly.
