Wow. "[I]ntentionally transform[ing] the global economic development model" is "probably the most difficult task we have ever given ourselves".
I had to read that again: "the most difficult task we have ever given ourselves".
They know it's none of their business, and they have no expertise on the issue, but they're determined to meddle with it anyway.
Typical U.N. bureaucratic nonsense.
