UPDATE: I've tried everything I know to convert this .swf file into something I can post to You Tube-- admittedly, I don't know all that much, as I've had no luck and much time I can't afford lost. If you know how to do it, please do so and send me the usable file (dcodrea@hotmail.com).

Been trying with various swf to mp3 converters-- so far, no luck and a lot of wasted time-- called in outside help.
Know someone with serious skills?
I did a screen capture to a 40 megabyte .mov file. The player claimed to provide embedding links for multiple sizes, but I couldn't get it to work, so I just used the tiny rectangle that David posted above.
The link below has a right-clickable download link and an embedded video, which plays for me on my Mac without sound in Firefox or with sound in Safari. Haven't tried it on a Windows machine.
