Good Thing This Has Nothing to Do with That 'Single Issue'

I'm sure it's just a coincidence that every one of the mayors who signed the "open the floodgates" letter is also a member of Bloomberg's coalition.

But heck, it must not have anything to do with that "single issue," since NRA Director Grover has partnered with Mike on "immigration" himself...

Hey, when they are made citizens, forget the xenophobic fear-mongering by religiously intolerant bigots like Ben Carson, and listen to what the "pilgrims" have to say themselves:

Round 'em up, ship 'em out.

Once upon a time, immigrants who came to this country with their hands out, begging for charity, who thanked us by complaining about how they were treated and comparing our society unfavorably to the one they fled, were cordially invited to get the fuck out of America and go back to the festering Third World shitholes they came from. Now, of course, the Democrats have learned to court them as potential voters instead.

I'll vote for anyone running for President who makes that an official policy.

It seems to me that Americans have tried for centuries, literally, to establish a nation and a culture which accepts everyone. The Melting Pot, we called it. All we ask is that you obey our laws ... if you don't like our culture, you're free to either be as accepting of us as we try to be accepting of you.

But if you find our culture insulting to you, it now seems, you don't want to go where your religion is not insulted by your fellow citizens, you would prefer to change this, your adopted culture.

A few years ago someone started the thread of asking if there would be a race war in America within ten years. Now it appears that, instead, there is a culture war.

And it started in 2001, when the first shot was fired.

Those of us who have a generational investment in this culture do not want to fear that folks who hate our culture striking out. We don't know what to do about it.

You who hate this culture are making the decisions. You should balance carefully whether you can learn to accept that not everyone believes the way you believe, or whether you will act to change the culture.

If you like America, know that if you use violence to change it ... it will no longer be America. And then we will resent you.

Surely, that's not something that you want.
