Great Question

From Laocoön:
Would FDR or Truman have allowed Germans to immigrate by the millions during WWII if a third of them were Nazi sympathizers?
And as we learned just the other day:
Afghanistan Migration Surging into America; 99% Support Sharia Law
Where was "Tony Orlando's" family from again?

Figures the agitprop specialists at ABC Disney would want to redirect the obvious government complicity so we consider him a "homegrown extremist."  I guess we should start calling kudzu is a homegrown weed and Zika a homegrown virus.

No one can say for sure either way but we DO know that while they were rounding up thousands of Nisei and hustling them off to concentration camps, not a single American of German descent was similarly picked up and hauled off.

Both FDR and HST were progs so there is no reason to assume they would do anything different;y than their modern ideological descendants.

I don't know about today, but when I lived in Hayward, CA; it was the second or third largest Afghan city on this planet.

Um, yes we can, because they didn't. In fact there was not a single successful infiltration attack during the entirety of World War Two, because "progs" or not, they knew that our most critical national defenses are our own borders and immigration controls.

"but we DO know that while they were rounding up thousands of Nisei and hustling them off to concentration camps, not a single American of German descent was similarly picked up and hauled off."

We're talking about IMMIGRATION here, genius, and you're trying to create a strawman diversion.
