...Trump peddling racist conspiracy garbage about a federal judge (Curiel was born and raised in Indiana)... [More]Yeah, to Mexican immigrant parents, and he was appointed by Barack Obama, which "libertarian" Reason somehow did not see fit to acknowledge. Raising questions about proven sympathies is hardly unreasonable.
It's past time someone put checks and balances spotlight on the black-robed Nazgûl that have been dictating from the bench with impunity.
I wonder if Damon Root has any articles condemning Mexico's immigration policies as "racist." What a cheap shot from the "progressive" playbook.
What I don't wonder is if he or any of his like-minded colleagues would be able to directly answer my challenge instead of changing the subject or resorting to anecdotes, platitudes and unsubstantiated dismissals:
If you maintain open borders and a pathway to citizenship will not result in giving "gun control" Democrats overwhelming majorities, let's see the numbers and how you derived them.
They can't. Neither can Grover, or Wayne, or Alan, or...
And Barack and Hillary are counting on that.

Mexico's immigration policies, by progressive definition, cannot be 'racist'.
So allow me to repeat a proposal I've been offering since Felipe de Jesús Calderón Hinojosa was calling our immigration laws 'racist' and 'unfair' about ten years ago:
If our laws are too racist, why don't we simply follow Mexico's lead and treat Mexican illegals the same progressive and non racist way Calderón's government treated Guatemalans?
I wanted to name this legislation the Calderón Anti-Racism Act.
