Nothing better for the power elite than to have government in control of the ballot box ! We saw how well it worked in Athens, TN for so many years !
And just like with everything else, the laws wont matter for the sake of social justice...
i.e. 'Yo sure can have the right to vote, Mr. Illegal Alien, its the common sense right thing to do.'
Anctuary city? Here comes 'sanctuary voting rights'.
