How soon they forget that the oath they take obliges them to bear true faith and allegiance to support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic. It's not optional!

Unfortunately, when violating that oath can be done with impunity and without consequences, the real world reality is that honoring it has become optional.
